Interlude: That face! Wait, what face?

Breaking from your shock, you stand and rush to the door. Turning to look down the hallway you see no sign of the vision you had the chance to witness.

“Aoi,” you turn back toward your brother, “Who was that?”

“Hmm,” he turns to look at you to the annoyance of his recently rejoined conversation, “Oh, just someone who saw the show and had a few questions about our songs,”

“Did she have a name?” your tone is slightly demanding.

“Not that she said,” your brother dismisses you casually returning to his own measured and slow flirtations.

You smile. Even if you’ve lost your chance to meet her tonight, you’ll remember her face for next time. If she wanted enough to ask after your music, then she must be becoming a fan.

Her face, so-

Wait. That isn’t right.

You can’t remember her face!

Remember that writing takes time, so if you're writing something yourself or just waiting for other people to post, keep the thread bumped with pics. It also helps to give writers plenty to work with.

What occurred last was this:
George, in hoping to take out the Priest with one fell swoop, fumbled the assassination but did manage to tackle him through a window and into a mob of undead outside. He subsequently executed the Priest, to prevent him from calling upon holy powers.
Yorick meanwhile hurled a spear which you now know to be enchanted with fire magic, killing the Bow Maiden in one fell blow, and burning the Foreman's office, causing the Warrior, Fighter and Mage to step out in a fit of coughing.
The Warrior was captured by the growing tide of undead that swarmed upon them, but is still alive and struggling to get free.
The Fighter is, well, fighting, and turning to face Yorick in the hopes that killing the Lich will drop the army. It's an accurate hope.
The Mage used a spell to protect himself from fire and stepped back into the burning building, presumably preparing to hit everyone with something soon.

Each turn you take two actions, and roll 1d100 for each of them.

Current Upkeep:
>Yorick, strength enhancing magic armor, unknown magic necklace, sword
>George, leather armor, greataxe
>70 zombies, leather armor, spears and shortswords

The spear is currently embedded in the Foreman's office and has to be worked free.

I want to play an old-style D&D game. Are any of the so called retro clones / OSR games genuinely playable and fleshed out? I don't mind some houseruling but I'd like to have something workable out of the box. And yes, I'm aware that oldschool RPGs tend to be very houserule-heavy.

I have a strange question for you guys

So, i'm playing a savage worlds game with some guys, and i'm trying to make a golem. Problem is, i want it to be more than a construct, i want it to have it's own soul. The big question is, How do you make a soul? the game has a soul gem where you can store your own soul, but nothing about soul making or something related has been done to date.
