Im guessing this is just a cutting general
Im have been bulking for for a while now, gone up from skelly mode at 63 kilos (186cm, or ~6'1) to 80 kilos. My body fat has hit about 18% which makes me slightly self conscious, but lifts are still going up so I am still encouraged. Just wondering at what point I should start cutting? Im an Ausfag so want to be at ~12% by December.
